Paypal does not support payments from my country what should I do?

Email support@hotechedge.com with
- the duration of your stay
- your college Name

Alternatively, please come see us on registration day to make payment in person

I will be changing rooms at some stage during my stay. How do I go about making payment?

Safe hires are transferable between halls and rooms.
- It is not necessary to make two separate bookings.
- Simply hire a safe for the entire duration of your stay.
- Please advise us at least one week before you change rooms, and we will activate a safe in your new room.

When i change rooms what happens to my safe?

Safes are transferrable between rooms without any extra charge

I don't have a paypal account, how do I register?

  1. Click the link that says 'Continue' as shown in paypal1.jpg
  2. Fill out all relevant information, as shown in paypal2.jpg.
  3. Then click 'review order and Continue'

When i go on holiday what happens to my safe?

It is yours to use, for the full period of hire and will remain in your room while you are away

When I leave my college, what happens to my safe?

Your safe will remain in your room, for future use. Please empty your safe and leave it locked upon departure.

Does the billing address I fill out in paypal affect where my safe is delivered?

No, your safe will be delivered to the college you specified upon registration. The paypal billing address should be your home postal address and is just for reference.
